Your Right to Cancel & Our 30-Day Return Policy
Under Irish consumer law, you have a statutory right to cancel an online order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods for any reason (the “cooling-off period”). At Xylvra, we go beyond this by offering a more generous 30-day return window from the date you received your item.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and protective materials still attached.
- You must have proof of purchase (e.g., your order number or receipt).
Items Not Eligible for Return: For hygiene or safety reasons, certain items may not be returnable if their original sealed packaging has been opened. However, for our primary product niche of handbags, these exclusions typically do not apply.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label via email. Please print this label and affix it to your package.
Return Shipping
Xylvra will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for your convenience. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

We recommend obtaining proof of postage when sending items back, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria (unused, in original condition and packaging). We aim to process inspections promptly.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
- You will receive the full purchase price of the returned item(s).
- No restocking fee will be applied to your refund.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and a refund issued, make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures prompt processing and availability of your desired product.
