Order Processing Time All orders placed on https://xylvra.com/ are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Destinations Currently, Xylvra only ships within the Republic of Ireland. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer the following shipping method for all orders:

You will receive free shipping on all orders from Xylvra.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions or courier issues. We will do our best to keep you informed of any potential delays.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email from contact@xylvra.com containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can use this number to track the status of your order on the courier’s website.
Lost or Damaged Packages Xylvra is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us immediately at contact@xylvra.com, and we will assist you in working with the courier to locate your parcel.
Incorrect Shipping Address It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly at the time of purchase. If an incorrect address is provided and the order is shipped, Xylvra is not responsible for the non-delivery of the package. Should the package be returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
